Xinjiang Xinxin Mining to acquire nickel copper mines from GobiMin

China Knowledge reported that Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Industry Co Ltd the nation's second largest nickel producer has agreed to invest CNY 540 million to acquire three nickel-copper mines in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from Canada-based GobiMin Inc.

According to Xinxin Mining's statement filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Xinjiang-based firm has nailed down two framework acquisition deals with Alexis Investments Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GobiMin.
